Meet Eugenia Bergantz

I am a General Counsel, board advisor, and legal executive with more than ten years of experience helping technology companies scale.

Most recently, I served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Data Protection Officer at Planful, where I built and led the legal function and advised executive leadership on commercial strategy, privacy, compliance, employment matters, corporate governance, and international expansion.

Before Planful, I helped scale the legal function at Druva from Series C through late-stage growth and IPO readiness, supporting global expansion, enterprise sales, privacy programs, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. I also served as Head of Legal at SnapLogic.

Over the course of my career, I have built legal teams from the ground up, partnered closely with product and engineering organizations, negotiated complex commercial relationships, guided companies through regulatory change, and supported executive teams as they navigated growth.

My philosophy is simple: legal should enable the business, not slow it down.
